Our body carries an incredible intelligence. It knows exactly what we need and signals where things are stuck—often long before our mind catches on. Symptoms aren’t random; they’re messages. You can mask them with medication, but body-oriented therapy offers a gentler, long-lasting way to work with them.

Wisdom of the body.

We don’t even have to find the right words for what’s going on. Our body already speaks for itself. It shows exactly where tension, pain, or old emotions are held and where energy longs to flow again.

How a session works:

You are fully clothed and you simply lie down on the table and relax. Petra tunes in and “listens” with her intuition. Together with you, she follows the guidance of your body - sometimes through light touch, often through visualization, or quiet meditation - to release blockages and restore natural energy flow.

Movement of the soul

Places that have felt stuck for years can gently start to shift. The body moves at its own pace, slower than the mind, so insights and deep changes can land in their own time. Transformation often unfolds quietly and continues to work beneath the surface, and many people notice physical or emotional relief as the energy begins to move.

A table session lasts about 1.5 hours and can lead to the same breakthroughs and lasting transformation as any constellation work. Sessions on the table are obviously not possible online.
